- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in design.
- Advanced skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
- Proficiency in video editing software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in photo and video editing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excel in conceptualizing creative ideas and content, with the ability to develop those ideas into clean, fresh, and visually appealing designs.
- Develop and execute original design concepts for print and digital content, including websites, social media, advertising, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate messaging concepts into graphic and multimedia content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new digital campaigns and creative strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital content through the use of brand guidelines and design standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and multimedia technology to propose innovative solutions.
