We are looking for dynamic team leaders, middle management candidates mainly with financial oversight, and commercial managementEngineering is mandatory preferably chemical engineers, current/previous experience in operations, manufacturing industry.Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in executing the business unit’s strategic plan and aligning departmental activities with company objectives.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating new market opportunities and business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure strategic goals are understood and translated into actionable plans.
  • Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and provide input on course corrections as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to help drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and reviewing competitive positioning.
  • Support the negotiation and management of key customer accounts and contracts.
  • Help coordinate the rollout of new products and services across departments.
  • Promote a customer-first mindset and support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in monitoring financial performance, budgets, and cost controls in line with targets.
  • Support preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and forecasts.
  • Work with finance and operations to identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in coordination with functional leads, ensuring smooth and safe business continuity.
  • Monitor adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards across sites.
  • Assist in streamlining operational workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Support the procurement team in vendor management and sourcing strategy execution.
  • Help implement procurement policies that meet ethical and efficiency standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the GM in performance management, coaching, and staff development programs.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements and support risk mitigation activities
