Job Summary:The Finance Officer supports the company’s financial operations by maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and producing financial reports that guide business decisions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily journal entries and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Execute bank reconciliations across all company accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Lead the monthly financial closing process and assist in preparing closing reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor cash flow, and oversee timely vendor payments.
  • Operate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Microsoft Business Central) for daily financial processing.
  • Coordinate with digital banking platforms and manage online banking operations.
  • Support budget planning and provide variance analysis against actual results.
  • Assist in audit preparation by providing detailed supporting documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to local accounting standards and internal financial controls.
