- Perform daily journal entries and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Execute bank reconciliations across all company accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead the monthly financial closing process and assist in preparing closing reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor cash flow, and oversee timely vendor payments.
- Operate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Microsoft Business Central) for daily financial processing.
- Coordinate with digital banking platforms and manage online banking operations.
- Support budget planning and provide variance analysis against actual results.
- Assist in audit preparation by providing detailed supporting documentation.
- Ensure adherence to local accounting standards and internal financial controls.
