Senior Marketing Officer

• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns, social media promotions, and events
• Manage the company's online presence and digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data and analytics to make informed decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and creative, to ensure marketing objectives are aligned with overall business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek ways to improve marketing strategies and tactics
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum results

• Supervise and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support as needed

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and digital marketing

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices
