- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situations.
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
