Business Analyst - SAP Integration

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and facilitate the integration of SAP solutions.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying opportunities for SAP integration improvements.
• Propose innovative solutions for SAP integration, aligning with best practices and organizational goals.
• Work closely with the IT team to implement and maintain SAP integration solutions, ensuring their efficiency and reliability.
• Provide end-user support and training on SAP-integrated processes, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization.
• Contribute to developing detailed documentation, including functional specifications, test cases, and results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP-related projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
• Configure & Manage SAP CIG, Cloud Connector/Agent, CPI
• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Training & Relevant certification in SAP.

• Preferably 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in SAP Integration.
• Proven track record of successful SAP integration projects.
• Familiarity with SAP technical aspects will be considered an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of business processes and SAP integration.
• Proficient in developing and implementing SAP integration solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with IT operations and support methodologies.
• Experience with SAP modules and integration tools.
