- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and policies.
- Monitor and control drilling activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Coordinate with the drilling team to develop drilling plans and strategies.
- Ensure that drilling procedures and best practices are followed.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
- Analyze drilling data and provide recommendations for improvements and optimization.
- Supervise and train drilling personnel to maintain a high level of competency and safety awareness.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of drilling operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on drilling activities, performance, and future plans.
- Stay updated with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge and experience in 3000 hp deep drilling LAND rig operations.
- Proficiency in High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) drilling techniques and procedures.
- Must have managed more than 2 rigs at a given time.
- Familiarity with Kuwait's drilling regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using drilling software and technology.
- Valid certifications and licenses as required by regulatory bodies.
