The Trainer position requires a dedicated professional with expertise in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) courses, along with nursing education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. This role is vital in enhancing the competency of medical staff in Kuwait, particularly in private healthcare settings.Responsibilities: * Design and implement comprehensive BLS and ACLS training programs tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions that incorporate both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for BLS and ACLS.
  • Assess and evaluate the performance of participants through practical demonstrations and written tests.
  • Stay updated with the latest guidelines and protocols in BLS, ACLS, and nursing education.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants to enhance their learning experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare institutions to identify training needs and develop customized programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and certification outcomes.
  • Ensure all training materials are current and comply with industry standards.
  • Assist in organizing workshops and seminars to promote continuous education in BLS and ACLS.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages questions and active participation.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing education or training roles.
  • Certification in BLS and ACLS, along with relevant nursing qualifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate participants in a learning environment.
  • Proficient in using training aids and technology to enhance learning.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting in Kuwait is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
