Advise customers on how to obtain a particular look or style by coordinating items and creating excitement about our products.

Convert sales by adding on items and accessorizing, ensuring that the personal sales target is achieved each month.

Promote other BU’s to customers as part of building a sale.

Providing product and customer feedback to Manager on a regular basis and staying up-to-date with latest trends.
