- Experience in call center systems (Infra structure, networking, Data linking, ticketing systems, workflows)
- Has experience in Genesis Pure Cloud.
- Experience in call centers systems (WebRTC telephony, SIP Truck, DID, Queues, Wrap-Up Codes, Scheduling, Call Routing, IVR Flow Architect, Number Plans etc.
- At least five years experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, installations, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Transferable visa 18 (Ahli)
