IT support analystEligibility:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
  • Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
  • Experience in call center systems (Infra structure, networking, Data linking, ticketing systems, workflows)
  • Has experience in Genesis Pure Cloud.
  • Experience in call centers systems (WebRTC telephony, SIP Truck, DID, Queues, Wrap-Up Codes, Scheduling, Call Routing, IVR Flow Architect, Number Plans etc.
  • At least five years experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, installations, and related technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Transferable visa 18 (Ahli)
