- Plan and execute a variety of events, brand activations, and campaigns across all platforms.
- Oversee every stage of the event lifecycle, from initial planning and logistics to on-site execution and wrap-up.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, entertainers, and venues, including negotiation and coordination.
- Ensure all events run smoothly by monitoring timelines, setup, deliverables, and contingency plans.
- Develop original and engaging concepts for events, seasonal campaigns, and community initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive event plans, production timelines, and post-event analysis reports.
- Lead on-site operations, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure high-quality execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure event alignment with brand goals and messaging.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
