Assist Lawyer, Legal Services to draw up legal documents and perform various legal duties.Responsibilities:

Operational:
1. Participate with the Manager, Legal Services in drafting and reviewing, negotiating commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, Distribution Agreements, Agency Agreements, etc.
2. Validate the local agreements / contracts on a regular basis and report to Manager, Legal Services.
3. Work with other Legal team members to provide efficient and integrated legal advice to Business Units.
4. Provide legal support to Manager, Legal Services in summarizing complicated legal documents, including contracts, and suggest alterations to those documents.
5. Conduct labor investigations with non-Arabic speaking employees and counsel the employees/managers on issues leading to legal implications.
6. Conduct legal research, use of statutes, codes and other legal resources and write briefs for submission to the Manager, Legal Services.
7. Extract and utilize information from statutes, court decision, legal documents, policies and related records. People Management:
N/A Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
