The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of sales strategies to enhance productivity and drive revenue growth.Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure effective communication among the sales team.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Organize sales meetings and training sessions to improve team performance.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback to management on sales trends and customer preferences.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
