Position Purpose:
  • Work on boosting the company's sales and expanding the distribution of its products using effective sales techniques.
  • Work efficiently and economically by following proper and regular sales routes.
  • Assist customers in selling and merchandising the company’s products.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers in the market.
Accountabilities:1. Sell the products in the geographical area assigned to him.2. Plan daily routes for this area and define the time frame for each sales call & strictly adhere to the sales routes.3. Conduct sales visits according to the company’s sales policies and report new products to the appropriate channels through the Co-ops or Hyper management.4. Achieve the pre-set sales targets in collaboration with his direct line “Sales Supervisor”5. Display the company’s products at the customer’s location appropriately and effectively.6. Follow up on the products’ turnover with each customer & provide daily visit reports to the direct line.7. Follow up on the competitor’s marketing, merchandising, promotions, and activities in his/her area and provide reports to the direct manager.8. Report daily on the activities in his/her sales zone.9. Ensure that all marketing materials are used adequately inside the sales outlets.Internal & External Relations: * Finance Department and Billing Office.
