The Demand Planning role in Kuwait is crucial for ensuring that the supply chain operates efficiently and meets customer demands. This position involves analyzing market trends, forecasting product demand, and collaborating with various departments to optimize inventory levels. The Demand Planner will play a significant role in aligning production schedules with market needs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing excess inventory costs.Responsibilities: * Analyze historical sales data to identify trends and forecast future demand accurately.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather insights and align demand plans.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts based on real-time data and market changes.
Develop and maintain demand planning models and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy.
Prepare and present demand forecasts and reports to management and stakeholders.
Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
Continuously improve demand planning processes and methodologies for better efficiency.
Conduct regular reviews of demand planning performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on demand-related initiatives.
Train and mentor junior team members in demand planning best practices.
