- Execution of the marketing plan in accordance with the budget.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities including samples of work done, costs, achievements, competitive activity, and measurement of results.
- Proactively give feedback to the management on marketing activities to help fine tune marketing activities.
- Enhance customer experience by maintaining an appropriate brand image through customer service, store visual display, marketing material and signage.
- Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with the implementation of the marketing campaign and plans.
- Assist the sales team in implementing the marketing plan, specifically events and activities.
- Foster relationships with suppliers, advertising, and PR agency.
- Managing social media campaigns and monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and presenting this data in an easy-to-understand format
- Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, and newsletters…. etc.
- Execute branding plans to enhance brand reputation.
- Support the use of technologies, electronic tools, and devices.
- Maintain organization’s social media platforms and digital marketing channels to align with branding strategies.
