1. Undergo the training program set by MNSS and TMC Training Institutions. Take advantage of learning opportunities, check with instructors for confirmation/ clarify any vague or difficult areas that might arise during the training and successfully pass the periodic examinations.
2. Learn and understand MNSS standards and work instructions during the training period.
3. Use all safety gear/equipment as well as all health-related materials.
4. Understand and absorb how to deal with different levels and type of people. People Management:
