Showroom Supervisor

• Participate with the sales team in generating sales through high-selling techniques
• Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints
• Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge
• Manages all checkout functions by processing sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts, and maintaining the checkout area; also oversees coverage of registers and store supply usage and performs opening procedures
• Monitoring sales staff daily and weekly checklists
• Conduct regular and hands-on training of the sales staff
• Conduct regular spot checks on pricing and signage
• Oversee showroom inventory to avoid any out-of-stock situation
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising housekeeping in terms of cleanliness, display, lighting and stock rotation
• Prepare a schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff.
• Support the showroom manager in handling the team and other responsibilities
• Handle the daily reports (sales, inventory, CSI, NPS)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 4 years retail sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven selling, negotiating, convincing and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of Arabic and English both written and spoken
• Computer literate.
