As a Product Registration & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the necessary regulatory requirements for sale and distribution in Kuwait. You will work closely with regulatory authorities, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.Responsibilities: * Coordinate the registration and renewal process for all products in accordance with Kuwaiti regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile necessary documentation, including product specifications, safety data sheets, and labeling information.
  • Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate submission of all required documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and communicate any updates or changes to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline the product registration and compliance process.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory requirements, including product labeling, packaging, and advertising.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to educate employees on regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any compliance issues or challenges that may arise.
Preferred Candidate: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as regulatory affairs, chemistry, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in product registration or regulatory compliance, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all documentation and submissions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
