- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty equipment and components.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including documentation of repairs, parts used, and costs.
- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to schedule and perform maintenance work.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and safety guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to maintenance and repair work.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work during off-hours and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
