Ensuring content, offers and details are briefed clearly by the Sales TeamSocial Media:Organizing a 3-months calendar, updated on a daily basisOwn Social Media and content generationCreate influencer plans (minimum 1 a month) + brand ambassadors (minimum 2 a month)Daily monitoring of Talabat platforms as well as competitor platformsEnsuring that brand awareness, base expansion (acquisitions) and frequency (orders) is the focal result for any SM activityBe able to identify new trends on Social Media that allows for brand exposure and local relevanceMonitor response of customer inquiries and comments on all Social Media platforms within 3 hoursEvents:Assistance from A-Z on ground activations, supervision of marketing material and promoters for the optimal brand exposure and presentationContinuously be aware of the latest trends and events taking place and evaluate if and how Talabat brand can be impactful in its presencePayments:Responsible for PO Raising, receiving invoices & quotations from vendors and orderly payments in alignment with the Finance DepartmentOrganizing Payment Files for the Marketing DepartmentQualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline, with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational and communication skills.A collaborative team player who thrives in idea-sharing environments.Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in fast-paced settings.Prior experience within the FMCG or retail sectors is highly desirable.
