- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that procurement, logistics, and manufacturing are aligned with project schedules.
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure clarity and alignment on goals and deadlines.
- Maintain detailed documentation for each phase of the project.
