We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.Responsibilities: * Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies, forecasting sales volumes and profit margins.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and customer service.
Preferred Candidate: * Prior experience in a sales supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
