The PL& FF BIM Modular/Revit Modular position in Kuwait is a specialized role that combines the principles of plumbing and fire fighting with advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies. This position is essential for ensuring that plumbing and fire protection systems are accurately designed, modeled, and integrated within modular construction projects. The ideal candidate will utilize Revit software to create detailed models that enhance the efficiency and safety of building systems while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to meet project goals.Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain Revit models for plumbing and fire fighting systems in modular construction projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of plumbing and fire protection systems.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolution to prevent conflicts between various building systems.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documentation, including specifications and installation details.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on plumbing and fire fighting BIM practices.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of plumbing and fire systems.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Participate in project meetings to address design challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in plumbing, fire fighting, and BIM technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations related to plumbing and fire systems.
Preferred Candidate: * Demonstrated experience in BIM and Revit modeling, specifically for plumbing and fire fighting systems.
