The Real Estate Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing property management and ensuring that real estate operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a keen understanding of the real estate market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team. The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial reporting.   • Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses and monitoring financial performance.

  • Supervise and train property management staff, fostering professional development.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for property services.
  • Maintain accurate records of property transactions and tenant agreements.
  • Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions regarding property investments.
