- Control and monitor the jobs based on the technician ability to achieve highest productivity and customer satisfaction and lowest comeback jobs. Ensure each job is completed within the promised delivery time.
- Open job card and process job card.
- Evaluate and monitor performance of the technicians against set standards, identify and ask for necessary training or coaching support. , keep them motivated and to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Diagnose technical problems with and without diagnostic tools.
- Quality checks and road testing of vehicles.
- Clear basics and concepts of automotive service technique
- Ensure that company's health safety policies are followed, all tools equipments are kept in good order, and house keeping standard are maintained so as to preserve a good safe and healthy working environment
- 3-5 years of working experience in dealership.
- Good command of both English and Arabic.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Computer Literate
- Team player can work under pressure
