- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback and insights to the management team to ensure a competitive edge.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns, and maintain a high level of customer retention.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market trends, and present them to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, and continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
