· Lead a slickline crew to deliver a full range of slickline services across various KOC areas.· Execute slickline operations safely and professionally, ensuring high-quality service delivery.· Foster positive customer relations and ensure client satisfaction at the well site.· Review job design and ensure all required equipment and procedures are in place.· Verify readiness and accuracy of units, pressure control equipment (PCE), and downhole tools.· Apply technical knowledge to resolve on-site challenges and coordinate with the HSE team when needed.· Conduct emergency maintenance on equipment when necessary.· Oversee pre- and post-job activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.· Coordinate with third parties to avoid operational conflicts during job execution.· Mentor and support slickline operators and assistants.· Promote a strong safety culture and comply with all HSE regulations.· Lead and document HSE activities, including risk assessments and safety meetings.· Complete all job-related paperwork and participate in post-job reviews.· Actively contributes to continuous quality improvement efforts.
