The Warehouse Supervisor is a critical role within the logistics framework of a company specializing in watches and luxury goods. This position demands a proactive leader who can effectively manage warehouse operations, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee a team, manage inventory, and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse management, particularly in the luxury sector, and will be adept at using inventory management systems like Odoo.Responsibilities: * Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for luxury goods.

Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with finance and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery follow-up.
Utilize Odoo system for inventory tracking, stocktaking, and system matching.
Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory metrics for management review.
Develop strategies for improving warehouse efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Handle discrepancies in inventory and shipments promptly and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring proper equipment maintenance.

Preferred Candidate: * High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury watches and gift handling.
Basic accounting knowledge to assist with financial coordination.
Proficient in using Odoo or similar inventory management systems.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on inventory tracking and organizing.
Ability to effectively coordinate with finance and sales teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

مطلوب مشرف مستودع للعمل في شركة متخصصة في الساعات والسلع الفاخرة. يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المجال، وإجادة استخدام نظام Odoo أو أنظمة مشابهة. القدرة على تنظيم المخزون، الإشراف على الفريق، والتنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة من المهام الأساسية. يُفضل وجود خلفية محاسبية ومهارات تواصل قوية.المهام والمسؤوليات:

التنسيق مع فرق المالية والمبيعات لضمان معالجة الطلبات وتسليمها بسلاسة.
استخدام نظام Odoo لتتبع المخزون، والجرد، ومطابقة الأنظمة.
إعداد تقارير حول أداء المستودع ومؤشرات المخزون لعرضها على الإدارة.
تطوير استراتيجيات لتحسين كفاءة المستودع وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية.
معالجة أي اختلافات في المخزون أو الشحنات بسرعة وفعالية.
الحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة ومنظمة في المستودع، وضمان صيانة المعدات.

المتطلبات:

شهادة الثانوية العامة كحد أدنى؛ التعليم الإضافي ميزة إضافية.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التعامل مع الساعات والهدايا الفاخرة.
