Kuwaiti Appeal Lawyer – Ready to Join ImmediatelyLocation: KuwaitWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Kuwaiti lawyer registered at the Court of Appeals to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kuwaiti law and extensive experience representing clients before local courts. This role requires deep legal expertise, excellent litigation skills, and a proactive approach to managing legal matters across various areas of practice.Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company and/or clients in court proceedings, particularly in appeal cases.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and case files.
  • Provide legal advice on matters relating to Kuwaiti laws and regulations.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
  • Handle disputes, settlements, and negotiations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and monitor changes in legislation.
  • Liaise with external legal bodies, government entities, and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
