We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Kuwait. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization effectively.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and employee welfare programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, including contracts, personnel files, and performance evaluations.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee turnover and retention.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Preferred Candidate: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Extensive knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and hands-on approach to HR.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
