- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization effectively.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and employee welfare programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, including contracts, personnel files, and performance evaluations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee turnover and retention.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Extensive knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and hands-on approach to HR.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
