
Sales Executive - B2B

- Develop sales in consultant markets including both commercial and residential sectors
- Develop sales with contractor base for the sector
- Liaise closely with Category and Marketing team
- Achieve and report on all KPI’s
- To deliver the set sales targets for B2B
- To assist with the location of new projects, identify key decision makers and obtain opportunity to quote.
- To understand the decision making process and to negotiate and close the deals
- Follow up the process of all sales orders and coordinate all logistics related issues with the Delivery and Installation Departments
- Pursue the achievement and over-achievement of total monthly sales targets in volume, value and margin
- Analyze on a monthly basis the results, the activity implementation and provide updates on progress and new initiatives
- 5 – 7 years’ project sales experience – with a clearly demonstrably track record of achievement
- An excellent network of Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Site Engineers in Kuwait/GCC
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Kuwait driving license is a must;
