The Elevator Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the market presence of elevator products within the retail and wholesale sectors. A successful Elevator Sales Executive will not only meet sales targets but also contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the company in the competitive market.Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elevator sales market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales effectively.
  • Provide after-sales support and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Continuously update knowledge of elevator technologies and market developments.
Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Technical aptitude to understand elevator systems and their applications.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
