- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Continuously update knowledge of elevator technologies and market developments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Technical aptitude to understand elevator systems and their applications.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
