We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Accountant to join our team in the Watches & Luxury Goods industry in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and procurement, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This role is crucial for managing purchasing processes, vendor relationships, and inventory control, ensuring that our financial operations align with the company's strategic goals. The Purchasing Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records related to purchases, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication in this role.Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the purchasing process, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Prepare and maintain accurate purchase orders and vendor contracts.
Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment effectively.
Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and optimize procurement strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to forecast purchasing needs and budgets.
Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments to vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors to enhance service and quality.
Assist in the implementation of Odoo ERP or similar systems for procurement processes.
Prepare reports on purchasing activities and present findings to management.

Preferred Candidate: * Arab nationality and male candidates only.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or procurement.
Proficient in Odoo ERP or similar systems (SAP, Oracle).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of vendor management and inventory control processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Transferable residency (18) is mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

نحن نبحث عن محاسب مشتريات محترف للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مجال الساعات والسلع الفاخرة في الكويت. المرشح المثالي يجب أن يمتلك خلفية قوية في المحاسبة والمشتريات، مع خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات. هذا الدور مهم لإدارة عمليات الشراء، والعلاقات مع الموردين، والتحكم في المخزون، لضمان توافق العمليات المالية مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة. سيكون محاسب المشتريات مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة متعلقة بالمشتريات، والتفاوض مع الموردين، وضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية. يشترط إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية للتواصل الفعال.المهام والمسؤوليات:

إدارة والإشراف على عمليات الشراء وفقاً لسياسات الشركة.
إعداد أوامر الشراء والعقود مع الموردين والحفاظ على دقتها.
التفاوض مع الموردين للحصول على أفضل الأسعار والشروط.
مراقبة مستويات المخزون وإدارته بشكل فعّال.
تحليل بيانات الشراء لتحديد الاتجاهات وتحسين استراتيجيات التوريد.
التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لتوقع الاحتياجات والميزانيات.
ضمان معالجة الفواتير والمدفوعات للموردين في الوقت المناسب.
بناء علاقات قوية مع الموردين لضمان جودة الخدمة.
المساعدة في تطبيق نظام Odoo ERP أو أنظمة مماثلة في عمليات الشراء.
إعداد تقارير عن أنشطة الشراء وتقديمها للإدارة.

المتطلبات:

الجنسية عربية، والذكور فقط.
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة أو المشتريات.
إتقان استخدام Odoo ERP أو أنظمة مشابهة (SAP، Oracle).
مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل.
معرفة بإدارة الموردين ومراقبة المخزون.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية شرط أساسي.
توفر إقامة قابلة للتحويل (المادة 18).
مهارات تحليلية قوية مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل.
