Storekeeper

• Forwards the requirements of end users; receives, always distributes and maintains adequate quantities of stocks.
• Stocks supply help maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Knows well the specifications about any materials, supplies or medicines that need to be ordered in advance.
• Checks incoming material for quality and quantity against invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, or other documents.
• Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
• Performs physical inventories periodically.
• Receives, unpacks, and stores general or specialized goods and supplies.
• Keeps and updates records of goods received and issues.
• Compiles report on expenditures.
• Take proper care while storing consumables.
• Dispose of expired and wasted stock according to current procedures.
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Ensure safety standards (occupational and patient safety).
• Ensures quality and patient safety practices are followed.
• Provides or promotes people's centered care.
• Promotes inclusive health by providing equitable and accessible care to patients and families with special needs.

• Education: Preferably bachelor's degree
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Licensure: Not Applicable
• Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages
• Computer Proficiency: Basics Of Microsoft Office
