- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate and support special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the executive office is well-equipped.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
