  • Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while handling high-pressure situations.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
