- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for the recruitment team.
- Maintain an organized filing system for client and candidate records..
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR practices is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
