- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and organize office files and records, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily operations.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
