The Receptionist & Secretary role is a vital position within our organization, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support to various departments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys interacting with people.Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily operations.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
