The Legal Secretary is responsible for maintaining legal documents related to real estate transactions, scheduling appointments, and assisting in the preparation of legal correspondence. This role is vital in ensuring that legal processes run efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the legal team in real estate matters.Responsibilities: * Manage and organize legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and case files related to real estate transactions.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys and legal staff involved in real estate cases.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other relevant agencies, ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.
  • Assist in drafting legal correspondence and reports specific to real estate matters.
