The Secretary position in Al Kuwait, Kuwait, is a pivotal role within the Agriculture & Crop Production sector. The Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, supporting management, and facilitating communication within the organization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about contributing to the agricultural industry.Responsibilities: * Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure that documents are easily accessible.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain inventory levels.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions.
