Architect creates efficient building and building systems. Often work on projects with other professionals, including construction workers and architects. Liaison with government & private corporations. Involve all stages of a project buildings, tenants’ fit-out coordination and support new development, establish budgets, assessing the needs of the building and its users, and its impact within the local environment. * Preparing and presenting design proposals as required for the Project & Management.

Advising the construction companies to follow up the construction procedure and ensure implementation.
Oversee the design of the projects, including urban regeneration schemes.
Negotiating with contractors and other professionals related to Architectural.
Maintain project construction documents and update as and when new modification Carried out.
Ensure all drawings are acknowledged by the Main Contractor and Consultant.
Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
Maintain all the Ministry approved drawings in a safe place (soft and hard copies).
Coordinating the work of contractors & maintaining all fit-out drawings for further reference.
Making site visit to check on progress.
Dealing with problems that might come up during building.
Coordination regarding the new project development works.
Research into contracts and design to determine feasibility of design plans.
Ensure knowledge sharing among the team .
Any other task assigned by management and ability for supporting with multi tasks.
Ensure that designs are technically accurate
Providing recommendations regarding Changes to designs and responding to external parties in a timely manner.
Review and make recommendations on design contracts, especially the scope of technical work and professional responsibility.
