- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide after-sales support and address any technical issues that may arise.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff in technical aspects of elevator systems.
- Proven sales experience in the elevator or related industry.
- Technical background in engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site assessments.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
