Job DescriptionNasco Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support budgeting and financial planning processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles.ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciliations.Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures.Manage office administration and monetary transactions.Monitoring and enforcing financial compliance procedures.Generate financial reports and present them to management.Monitor and analyze discrepancies in budget and financial performance.Develop and improve internal accounting procedures.Assist in the preparation of external audits.Manage account payables and receivables processes.Record and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy.ProfileRequirements and SkillsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (required).Master’s degree in accounting or MBA with a focus on Finance (preferred).Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a corporate accounting or public accounting firm.Experience with ERP systems.Technical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.Experience with data analysis and financial modeling.Understanding of internal control procedures.Experience with auditing procedures.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Team player with the ability to work independently when required.Ethical conduct and confidentiality.Adaptability to change priorities and environments.To apply, kindly submit your CV in PDF format to careers@nascokw.com.
