Parts Salesman – Retail

• Assess the parts needs of the customer thereby giving the customer a complete solution.

• Determine the correct part number & create Sales Orders & complete the sales.

• Greet & interact with Service Technicians/ Mechanics/ Garage owners & end customers & provide

• Ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer queries over phone, transacts quickly & efficiently.

• Works in a sales target-based environment & strives to achieve the assigned target.

• Understand & resolve customer complaints and queries.

• Consultative and proactive selling of parts, lubricants & batteries.

• Cross selling & upselling of spare parts & accessories. Visiting the market daily.

• Knowledge about Japanese/Korean & American make passenger car parts is required.
