QC Engineer Mechanical

• Responsible for onsite inspection activities of all inspection works of the project, including welding, coating, material inspection and related works of civil, and associated E&I basic works for the project.
• Make proper coordination with the client to develop a friendly culture and professional relationship which will enhance customer satisfaction.
• Act as a link in resolution of work-related matters and relationship management with client and HOTECC.
• Make sure to ensure work control supports in inspection clearance in coordination with the project construction team and quality team.
• Ensure adequacy in dealing with internal work management processes to support project.
• Ensure that all contract and subcontractors’ activities comply with the project requirements, specifications, and drawings.
• Review checklists, procedures, method statements and required attachments for inspections.
• Conducting and witnessing daily inspection as per the site requirements.
• Coordination with Contractor/Client/Consultant and Third-party inspection lab for onsite inspections.
• Witness Site Tests, prepare and present reports and make records control.
• To issue non-conformance reports on non-conforming material and workmanship.
• Liaise with third party inspection on testing and commissioning.
• Confirm that subcontractor’s Quality Control procedures are carried out.
• Support the project execution team in all work-related matters which having work aspects related to QA/QC · General work supports in professional ways keeping the domain
