- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality materials and components.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality-related issues and solutions.
- Assist in the development of project quality plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in mechanical engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
