- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.
