- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and ensure employee engagement in HSE initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and report any non-conformities to management.
- Assist in the development of emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation related to health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Act as a point of contact for HSE-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.
- Preferred Candidate:Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to conduct training and presentations effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using HSE management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Commitment to continuous professional development in HSE practices.
