- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients about our transportation services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business agreements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and establish connections.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management regarding performance and market conditions.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or transportation industry.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure contracts.
- Familiarity with booking management systems and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
